Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Products are generally shipped within 7-10 business days from time of order. Due to each product being hand cut and painted sometimes this time frame will change.

Returns: We do accept returns within three (3) days of purchase date. However if the item is personalized and has already been started, no refund will be given. Once the item has been shipped there are 100% no returns. If there is an issue with you item when it arrives please contact us right away.

Care instructions

All hangers are sealed with a clear glossy spray sealer and are ready to hang on a door that has a covered porch. If your door doesn’t have a covered porch it is recommended to spray all sides of the hanger.

Keep in mind it is highly recommended to place hangers out of direct weather.
